Syarat dan Ketentuan

Reservasi dinyatakan sah ketika kami telah menerima Full Payment pada nomor rekening yang tertera.

No Refund & No Reschedule.

A. Syarat & Ketentuan Reschedule dan Refund

• Pengunjung terpapar Covid dapat mengajukan reschedule dengan melampirkan hasil PCR dari lab resmi. Validitas masa reschedule hanya 1 bulan dari tanggal keluar hasil lab.

• Pengunjung yang terlambat atau menolak berangkat saat jadwal keberangkatan akan mengakibatkan hangusnya reservasi.

• Jika kapal sudah sampai di dermaga dan kapten kapal menyatakan tidak bisa berangkat maka semua reservasi bisa reschedule atau refund.

• Jika kapal sudah berjalan tetapi saat di tengah perjalanan kapten menyatakan tidak bisa melanjutkan perjalanan, maka reservasi bisa di-reschedule / refund.

B. Syarat & Ketentuan Transportasi Kapal

• Pengunjung diharuskan melaporkan kondisi peserta trip seperti hamil/lansia/balita ataupun memiliki riwayat kesehatan berbahaya. Kami sangat tidak menganjurkan peserta trip dengan kondisi tersebut menggunakan transportasi kapal. Seluruh risiko ditanggung masing-masing pengunjung.

• Pengunjung tidak diperkenankan membawa barang-barang terlarang yang melanggar hukum di Indonesia seperti senjata tajam, bom, narkotika (obat tanpa resep dokter), dan sejenisnya, serta minuman keras ilegal.

• Pengunjung tidak diperkenankan membuang sampah apapun terutama plastik ke laut.

• Pengunjung yang membawa hewan peliharaan bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap hewan tersebut termasuk kebersihan di kapal.

• Pengunjung tidak diperkenankan merusak fasilitas transportasi.

• Pengunjung wajib mematuhi peraturan dari pihak transportasi kapal dan tempat wisata yang dikunjungi.

• Seluruh keputusan kapten kapal bersifat mutlak.

• Jadwal keberangkatan dan kepulangan kapal dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu sesuai kondisi alam.

C. Lain-lain

Syarat dan ketentuan ini bersifat mengikat. Dengan melakukan pembayaran, seluruh peserta yang menggunakan transportasi kapal DIOS MARINE dianggap telah menyetujui dan mematuhi seluruh syarat dan ketentuan di atas.

A. Reschedule and Refund Terms & Conditions

• Visitors exposed to COVID-19 may apply for rescheduling by attaching a PCR test result from an official laboratory. The reschedule validity period is 1 month from the date the laboratory result is issued.

• Visitors who arrive late or refuse to depart according to the scheduled departure time will result in forfeiture of the reservation.

• If the boat has arrived at the dock and the captain declares that the trip cannot proceed, all reservations may be rescheduled or refunded.

• If the boat has already departed but during the journey the captain declares that the trip cannot continue, the reservation may be rescheduled or refunded.

B. Boat Transportation Terms & Conditions

• Visitors are required to report participant conditions such as pregnancy, elderly, infants, or those with dangerous medical histories. We strongly do not recommend participants with such conditions to use boat transportation. All risks are borne individually by each visitor.

• Visitors are not permitted to bring prohibited items that violate Indonesian law such as sharp weapons, bombs, narcotics (medication without prescription), or similar items, including illegal alcoholic beverages.

• Visitors are prohibited from disposing of any waste, especially plastic, into the sea.

• Visitors bringing pets are fully responsible for their pets, including cleanliness on the boat.

• Visitors are prohibited from damaging transportation facilities.

• Visitors must comply with regulations set by the boat transportation provider and tourist destinations visited.

• All decisions made by the boat captain are final.

• Boat departure and return schedules may change at any time depending on natural conditions.

C. Miscellaneous

These terms and conditions are binding. By making payment, all participants using DIOS MARINE boat transportation are deemed to have agreed to and complied with all terms and conditions above.
